La Fabrique à Bretzels est le 1er espace de visites entièrement dédié à la Bretzel en Alsace. Dans un espace de visite de plus de 500m², partez à la découverte de l’histoire de la Bretzel !
La Fabrique à Bretzels est née de la volonté de la marque Bretzels Boehli d'ouvrir la vue sur sa production à tout public, en toute transparence. Depuis 2017, vous pouvez découvrir toute l’histoire de la Bretzel, mais aussi les coulisses de la fabrication des Bretzels Boehli.
